But Chris Naughton and Donna Arini knew there had to be a better way. These two bagel lovers had always dreamed of opening up their own NYC bagel shop, right here in Clifton Park. A store that offered authentic NYC bagels, made from scratch every morning using only the freshest ingredients. But if they were going to do it, they were going to do it right. They would learn from the masters, in the heart of NYC.

Training with successful bagel shop owners in the New York City Metropolitan areas, Chris learned the ins and outs of the business. Back home, Donna was tweaking and fine-tuning her favorite East Village bagel shop recipes.

The result: some mighty tasty NYC bagels, right in your own back yard!
